How to Get Started With Lewis Prescriptions

With drop-off, phone-in, refill app and online refills, getting your prescription at Lewis is always quick, easy and reliable. Simply give us a call, stop in to see us, or ask your doctor to fill your prescription at Lewis.

The free Lewis app allows you to refill your prescription anytime, anywhere. You can also manage family member’s prescriptions, set reminders, find pharmacy locations and more.

Covid Vaccine Information & Guidelines

Through a Federal partnership, Lewis Drug is able to give Moderna COVID vaccinations in compliance with the state guidelines.

Click on the following links to stay up-to-date with each states guidelines. Please do not call your local pharmacy to see if they have vaccine.

At this time all COVID vaccinations will be given by appointment only and you will be scheduled for your second dose at the time you make your first dose appointment.

What to bring to your appointment

  • Commercial Insurance card or Medicare Red, White and Blue card. There is no charge to the patient for this vaccine, insured or uninsured. 
  • Photo ID 
  • A mask 
  • Allow 15 minutes (in some cases 30 minutes) to be observed after your shot.
