Mark Griffin is a second-generation family-owner of Lewis Stores. His 30 years of experience with the company have given him considerable knowledge and experience in the retail and drug store industries.
Since starting as Vice President of Inventory Control in 1978, Mark worked his way up to Executive Vice President in 1982 and was named President and CEO in 1986. With over three decades of retail and pharmacy experience, Mr. Griffin watches over all Lewis locations in South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa, ensuring a quality customer service experience for every guest.
Mr. Griffin is involved in a number of professional business boards, including the Board of Directors for Raven Industries and the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Foundation. Mr. Griffin also acts as vice chairman of the Chain Drug Consortium, LLC and as a nominating committee chairman and executive committee member of the NACDS.
Scott Cross joined Lewis in March 1997 as Chief Financial Officer. He was named Executive Vice President in January 2005.
Robert Meyer began employment with Lewis in sales in March 1977.
William Ladwig joined Lewis as a staff pharmacist in 1979. He was promoted to Chief Pharmacist in 1988 and was named Vice President of Professional Services in 1995.
Nikki Griffin joined Lewis Drug, Inc. in 2012 and currently serves as Corporate Vice President. She is a third generation family member to work and lead within the company. Nikki received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Nikki enjoys serving the community through her work with the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce Business Leadership Council, Leadership Sioux Falls, and the YMCA Board of Directors.
Traci Lund joined Lewis Drug as Director of Human Resources in January 2013. She earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the National Society of Human Resource Management in 2011 and Professional Human Resources certification in 1997. She is completing a master's degree in human resource management and organizational development through the University of South Dakota. She brings more than 18 years of experience in Human Resource management to Lewis.
