Job Title: Huron Floor Manager
Reports to: General Store Team Manager

Hours per Week: 40+ (must be flexible / possibilty of
                                 up to 60 hours during busy seasons)
Education Required:
High School Diploma
Experience Required:
Prefer one year experience of retail supervision
Lifting Requirements:
Medium to 50 pounds
Driver's License/Class:
1-Car/Lt Truck/Moped/Non CDL Vehicle
Salary: Competitive / Will depend on experience

Summary:

Assists the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager in store
operations and acts in their place when they are absent. The Floor Manager
also is competent in all of these areas:

  • Video Rentals
  • Digital Photo Equipment
  • One-Hour Photo Equipment
  • Film In-Take and Sales
  • Pharmacy Technician and Checker
  • Customer Service Desk
  • Post Office
  • Loss Prevention
  • Sale of Hunting & Fishing Licenses
  • Layaway Procedure
  • Management Functions

  • Competent in math and reading
  • Merchandising abilities

  • Give direction in a positive manner
  • Must be able to operate a cash register
  • Ability to solve problems and multi-task
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
