History:
Lewis was established in 1942 in Sioux Falls, SD, followed by the opening of eight other regional stores, each offering a wide variety of general merchandise in addition to quality prescription and non-prescription drugs.
In 1998, in a partnership with Sanford Health, Lewis acquired eleven Family Drug Stores, representing a large portion of the upper Midwest.
