For a fee, this service is provided by Lewis Drug and the SDSU College of Pharmacy. All information is held confidential. Allow approximately 1-hour per consult.
Medication Reviews are by appointment only and unless otherwise arranged, held primarily at Lewis Southwest, 41st & Marion Road.
